Building Fund
Sh'ma Ministries is looking for a new home, but more than that, Sh'ma desperately needs a permanent structure within the community standing as a (menorah) beacon of refuge and training. We seek to obtain a building large enough to comfortably seat 500 people.
I believe that if we build it or buy it- it will be filled. I also believe that no ministry should seek financing from lenders. As YHWH's house, it cannot be defiled. It cannot be endangered to corruption for money to make mortgage payments. It cannot be weak in teaching.
Sh'ma Ministries leadership seeks to purchase a building outright and teach scripture as we are commanded without any entity attempting to interfere with truthful teachings.
I believe this to be the way of faith, as well as encouraging other congregations locally to flee from debt. We need your help. A lot of help.
We are looking at buildings in the Asheville/Candler area. Originally we searched for buildings for rent, however, it occurred to me, that when you teach truth, it is often unpopular, and a ministry that desires to teach truth (emet) should be free of any threats possible, both political and financial or any other pressures. An end time synagogue or church must be free of these kinds of pressures at all costs.
Sh'ma Ministries has found a perfect building. To meet this need, we are praying for one million dollars. While this is a large amount, Scripture tells us that if we have the faith of a mustard seed, we can move mountains. I have never moved mountains with my faith before, but I believe that if we ask, we shall receive if we are in right-standing with YHWH.
